The processes that Blue Dragon have found to be the most successful when taking kids off of the street and offering them opportunities to gain an education have been to approach them personally and offer them a safe place to get a warm meal (Brosowski. M. 2017). They do this by looking in areas that the children are most likely to be, this means thinking like a street kid and being able to go where they are. Often these places that the children have deemed safe from law enforcement and predators are not at all safe for the children. These places include, under bridges, under rail way tracks, near the banks of the rice fields and the Mekong, and places where a large group of the children can keep each other relatively safe.
