Consultation is an important principle in sound planning and the decision making process. It acknowledges local issues, values and priorities and improves Biz Op’s corporate profile within the community. Forms of consultation include by are not limited to; formal/informal meetings, surveys, phone conversations, emails, webinars and focus groups with the aim to benefit from all available knowledge and expertise. Discussions with identified key stake holders’ i.e. relevant personnel, colleagues, community groups and specialist resource managers will ensure that there is verification of strategies and tasks in terms of budget, allocation of responsibility and timelines. Feedback of clear and concise information is important to promote engagement and reduce confusion. The information gathered will assist in assessing workforce gaps, issues, risks and crucial items required to deliver a well rounded operational plan.
Key performance indicators [KPIs] are the benchmark of the organisation by measuring, monitoring, managing performance, identification issues and resolutions. They reflect Biz Ops organisational vision, goals and objectives into measurable operations. Some examples are:- response time to customers
