Senior Management: Delegating Responsibility

Senior Management will delegate responsibility to an individual who will oversee the whole plan and make sure it is moving forward, certain areas of responsibility will be passed on to key personnel who are specialists in that area. There will be milestones put in place where there will be checks done to make sure we are still on track. If issues arise we look to the root cause and we will make adjustments. We will insist that individuals comply with the plan and we will instruct, educate and coach the individuals and if there is a big change we will offer them support and
