Abundance of structured information captured to aggregate, communicate, and store is called meta data. The large measure of digital information about us and the surroundings can be used by private companies and government.“ Every day, we create 2.5 quintillion bytes of data-so much that 90% of the data in the world todayhas been created in the last two years alone” ("Top Ten Big Data Security and Privacy Challenges", 2016). Big data collects analytics across broad spectrum of data file or format, consisting of videos, data from social media and images. Corporate organizations are utilizing big data to formulate a more accurate forecasts which can offer many benefits, “a wide spectrum ranging from new product development and enhancements to optimum pricing, to screening job applications and designing effective marketing campaigns” (Goodendorf, 2016). Public sector is not far behind from the private companies in using big data analytics, “…extraordinary quantities of data are amassed in the course of running public services – from managing welfare payments and the National Health Service, through to issuing passports and driving licences” (Yiu, 2012).
