Introduction

I. Attention Getter: Exercise is boring. It’s easy to find an excuse to skip your daily workout. Spending an hour in a gym struggling through a workout isn’t exactly a priority for most people. You may ask yourself, “Do I really have to do this every day for the rest of my life?” The answer is NO! The U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Tommy Thompson said in 2011, “You don’t have to work up a big sweat at the gym or become a long-distance runner.” So in reality being healthy doesn’t always involve an hour in the gym everyday!
