When I read about how eating disorders effect someone I was shocked, especially when I read more about Pro Ana tips. I could not believe what I was reading. I did more research after that unit and found some people will eat, but then will work out longer and harder to burn the same amount of calories they consumed. When someone uses over exercising instead of watching what they eat, people around them will not notice as much. “Excessive exercise is frequently a daily activity in which the person reports intense anxiety if they are unable to engage in the exercise activity. Those engaging in excessive exercise may plan out their day prominently focusing on exercise, scheduling other activities around their exercise goals.” (Weltzin, 2012) I
