Crippled America, a book written by Donald J. Trump, is about his controversial views on current major issues. Donald Trump is a rich and well known businessman who is a leading Republican candidate for the 2016 presidential election. Donald Trump was born in 1946 in Queens, New York, the son of Frederick and Mary Trump. Donald was a troublemaker at a young age causing his parents sent him to New York Military Academy at the age of 13. The military academy transformed Donald into a disciplined and strong young man. He went on to Fordham University and later to the Wharton School of Finance. After he graduated with a degree in economics, Donald’s father made him work for his real estate business. Donald reflects on his past, saying that his father pushed him to be his best and work for his earnings. Although Frederick was very wealthy at the time, he wanted his children to do what he did; earn their own money. Donald pursued real estate development, as his father did. Eventually, he took over his father 's company. Even though Donald built up and expanded his father 's business, he was handed the business at a young age, which immediately gave him millions of dollars. From there, Donald began to expand the business and invest in and build more buildings. His love for the real estate business only grew as he became one of the most well know and rich developers in New York.
