Response to “Do you understand why stars twinkle?...”
The tests help see how new employees personalities are to see who is the best for the job, and to see the strengths and weaknesses of employees. The way they choose the right candidate is thru personalities. For example JetBlue uses a three color system, green for perfect hire, yellow for only hire if needed, and red for do not hire whatsoever.
This new system is very useful in hire new and the right workers, but leaves out people that have autism and aspergers. Also the online tests hurt the chances of not tech savy people. There also is the problem of that all the people have same or similar personality, there's no chemistry.
