Comparing the 2Km rowing ergometer with the push up test- the 2km rowing ergometer test is more efficient than the push up test because with the 2km rowing test tests how long it takes the individual to finish a distance of 2km without their muscles giving up, whereas with the push ups depending on how long the person performing the test is how long the test it’s self lasts. The difference between the 2km rowing and the push ups is that the 2km rowing test is done under controlled conditions meaning that when the test is repeated the second time it is easy to get the same results as before. It is hard to be accurate when it comes to performing the push ups because people use different techniques each time when they are doing push ups, however with the rowing test it is easy to be accurate with it because all the calculations are done on the machine meaning that there won’t be any human error involved when it comes to the results. In contrast the push ups are cheap compared to the rowing test because they don’t require the individual to have any specific equipment for the test to be able to be conducted whereas with the rowing test an ergometer is needed otherwise the test is going to be difficult to perform without it. Also for both tests both the performers are required to have good knowledge on the test to prevent any injuries from occurring and also to make sure that accurate result are recorded to stop them from misleading the performer and also so the performer can compare them using the data …show more content…

Weight training: People normally get involved with weight training because they want to tone their muscles or to improve their strength.
There are different types of weight training such as Isometric, Isotonic and Isokinetic.
Isometric weight training- Is also known as static strength training which involves muscular actions in which the length of the muscle does not change or show visible movement
Isotonic weight training- It is an exercise where muscles carry a static weight lifting over a specific range f motions
Isokinetic weight training- this is an exercise that is performed using equipment that provides variable resistance in movement, no matter how light or heavy the pace will always be consistence.
Free weights- they are weights that are not attached to any structural device and is able to be raised and lowered by the use of the hands and arms in weightlifting. These consists of equipments such as barbells or
