Existing illness, prior surgery hx, op complications, medication

Continue meds till preop period except for anti diabetic, anti platelet, anti coagulation

Explain abt the disease, procedure, benefit of procedure, possible complication & documentation

FBC, RFT, LFT, Coagulation profile, pregnancy test, chest xray, ecg, blood group.

Post Operative Care
