Definitely, the doctor did not follow the policies and procedures established by the Hospital and I believe that in this case both not just the nurse but also the doctor require training. Certainly, to provide a safe and healthy environment for patients must be a high level priority for healthcare providers and healthcare organizations. Hospital nightmare did not provide a good pre and post-surgical care for Mrs. Smith.
