This combines both the drooping upper eyelid and slightly raised inner eyebrows corner, so now it cannot just be sleepiness or boredom, but the beginning of sadness.
Now the raised inner corners of the eyebrows are pronounced.
The inner eyebrow corners are both raised and drawn together; usually a very reliable sign of sadness. Notice wrinkling in forehead is just in the center, not across the entire forehead as it is found in surprise.
