The Central Office is the national administrative headquarters of Delta Sigma Pi for both the Fraternity and Leadership Foundation. The Executive Director is in charge of the Central Office and has a paid full time staff of directors and administrative personnel. The Board of Directors is a group of elected, unpaid volunteers who serve as the executive, legislative and judicial body of the Fraternity during the interim sessions between Grand Chapter Congresses. The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors.

What is the Chapter Management Program? What are the three levels a chapter can achieve? What level is every chapter expected to achieve?
The Chapter Management Program, a web based program, is the method of formal communication between collegiate chapters and the national Fraternity. The program is divided into three achievement levels representing basic operational requirements in recruitment, membership, finances, professional and service programs, and leadership development for collegiate chapters during an academic year. These sections reflect the practice of essential business principles and operations expected of each chapter as part of our professional business Fraternity, as well as the professional and leadership development opportunities for each member. The three levels a chapter can achieve are Accredited Chapter, Chapter of Recognition, and Chapter of Excellence. Every chapter is expected to achieve the Accredited Level.

What is the LEAD program and why should you participate?
The LEAD program stands for Leadership and Excellence Academies for Deltasigs, which are training, educational, and social gatherings of brothers from across the country. This program combines provincial, regional and area conferences, training schools and LeaderShape. I should participate to better myself personally, professionally, and fraternally while also developing my leadership skills. It is also a great chance to support the Fraternity and have fun at the same time.

Explain the Educational and Leadership Consultant program in your own words.
The Educational and Leadership Consultant program is a consulting visitation to each collegiate chapter from staff members of the Central Office. The visitation includes meetings, training, and discussion of all areas of chapter operations including
recruiting, financial management, professional programming, service events, risk management, academic encouragement, faculty and campus relations, alumni relations, motivation, time management, and more. The consultation visitation provides the chapter with a better knowledge of national and chapter operations and provides solutions to problems experienced within in the chapter.

The ideal member of a chapter of Delta Sigma Pi is one who subscribes to the objectives of the fraternity, such as:
1. Being willing to subordinate his or her own will and viewpoint to that of the majority.
2. Being tolerant and sympathetic to the viewpoint of others.
3. Attempting through college work, scholastic or otherwise to bring credit to himself/herself and in turn to the Fraternity
4. Duties should be promptly and cheerfully performed to the best of their ability
5. If elected to chapter office, they should consider it a distinction and obligation to serve the members of the Fraternity
6. Always remember, "He profits most who serves best" because each member should give to the Fraternity to the best of their ability and expect reciprocity.

The ideal chapter is one in which each member actually lives and carries out the objectives of the Fraternity. Each chapter should always:
1. Maintain perfect harmony and accord
2. Maintain constant and constructive contact with the Central Office, the alumni of the chapter, and other chapters and members of the Fraternity through its officers
3. Consist of ideal members
4. Successfully sponsor a professional program and other activities, which brings to the attention of the faculty and student body the fact that chapter is exceedingly worthwhile, it has a prominent place on campus, and performs useful and important functions.

Name six provisions of the Risk Management Policy.
A. No member or pledge, individually or collectively, shall purchase or, serve to, or sell alcoholic beverages to any minor.
B. Reasonable precautions will be taken by the chapter to prevent the excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages and to prevent the service of alcohol to underage persons by anyone.
C. Members and/or guests who arrive at an event in an intoxicated state shall not be admitted.
D. At each event, there shall be designated non-drinking members.
E. Non-alcoholic beverages shall be provided at each event.
F. The service of alcoholic beverages shall be cut off at a specific time, which shall be established and clearly published in advance of the event.
G. No "drinking games" shall be permitted.
H. Kegs, party balls, quarter barrels, or any type of community alcohol shall not be permitted unless controlled by a professional bartender, fully covered by liability insurance, on a cash bar, no host basis.
I. No event shall be planned or promoted under the name of Delta Sigma Pi, which is for the main purpose of consuming continued amounts of alcohol. For example: Pub crawls, progressive drinking parties or progressive drinking themes, bar hopping events or competitive games involving alcohol (drinking Olympics).
