POSITION: District Director (V)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as a central point of contact in the assigned district, facilitate a cross-functional team of Content Specialists, and leverage the team to foster the growth of chapters and alumnae associations through the implementation of the Content Specialists’ initiatives. Utilize team expertise, Fraternity documents, and resources as a basis for decision-making and guiding the district team. Work in partnership with Content Directors, Kappa Kappa Gamma Headquarters staff, and committee chairmen to ensure the needs of chapters and associations in the district are met. District Directors shall be elected at Convention and serve a two-year term with a two-term limit.
REPORTS TO: Fraternity Council (V)

Collaborate with the Leadership Development Specialist to develop a plan for support and assistance of each alumnae association and chapter in the district. Partner with the Content Specialists in your district to execute the development plan.

Partner with the Field Representatives Chairman to determine chapter visits. Conduct preparatory conversations with Leadership Consultants prior to their visits as well as debrief conversations after their visits to determine outcomes and next steps.
Utilize the members of the district team as well as Fraternity visitors (e.g., Leadership Consultants, Every Member Education Trainers, and Kappa Headquarters staff) to ensure each chapter and alumnae association is visited at least once each biennium.
Participate in bimonthly meetings of all District Directors. Assist with the development of the meeting agenda to include updates about content areas and Kappa Headquarters staff projects and
