Conflicts may arise due to disagreements between individuals or departments due to their diverse focus. Conflicts may occur within team members or departments, and client. A conflict allows opportunities for improvement. Therefore, it is mandatory to get understanding of conflict resolution techniques. Conflict management is the practice which allows identifying and handling conflicts sensibly, fairly, and efficiently.

2-Priority: It means degree of urgency for the resolution of the conflict. Here 3 levels of priority have been defined: P1, P2 and P3.
-P1: it requires immediate attention and has to be resolved earliest.
Resolution Time: 1 day
-P2: No immediate effect on the project.
Resolution Time: 2 to 3
