An abundance of children are improperly strapped into their car seats or are not in the appropriate seats each time they ride in a car. The reason why children are not fastened properly in their car seat is simply because the majority of parents or caregivers do not know the appropriate safety precautions. Due to this lack of attentiveness children are unwillingly risking their lives. Sadly, a tremendous amount of children are even losing their lives. This problem needs to be addressed for the sake of younger children who are not aware of the danger they are in.
