Why Accountability Is Important

Accountability is being responsible and following with through with what you say you are going to do. Being accountable is important because if you aren’t you are going to have a hard time trying make it in life and making a name for yourself. Accountability will make you more trustworthy, will allow you to have a good career and will help you feel better about yourself. When trying to gain trust it is important to be accountable. If you can follow through with the things you promise to do, it will make someone trust you. For example if someone needs you to do an event for them, if you can follow through with it they might hire you to do other events. They will feel like they can count on you.
