Ethical responsibility is imperative at Whole Foods as this responsibility protects the organization from legal issues and gaining continuous respect from stakeholders. Overall, the organization demonstrates its philanthropy by engaging and volunteering in the community (Heffes, 2013).

Based on the case study, a few of the seven moral principles Whole Foods demonstrates are loyalty as stakeholders and customers can trust the organization to bring exceptional goods and services to the community as well as gaining respect. Whole Foods also displays loyalty to its employees, ensuring its management team trains them to reach success and full potential (Bethel University, 2017).
