"Whats wrong Sherman"? asked Riley. I didnt know what to say. Everyone knew who my father was or knew of my father but i didnt know he ever go this far and acually do something to hurt the city.
"Sherman whats going on"?!?! yelled Riley. "Thats my Dad" I ansewered her. "wait, what? thats your dad"?
"yea thats my dad. Come on lets go hide in my room. Ill lock the doors while you go call your mom to come pick you up. I dont think its safe here".
In that moment I wasnt thinking clearly. My mind was still wraped around the fact my dad was terrorizing are city and would hurt those poor innocent people. I wanted to know why. Why my father was doing this. Riley and me ran to room locking the doors for protection. I turned on the news and saw what was happing in are city. My father was attacking people as they all feared for theyre lives. Looking as if he wasnt sorry

"Sherman you have to do something she said in a demanding tone".
"What"! I yelled shocked at what she was asking me to do.
"Yes Sherman this is your father whos destroying the town you have to do something. You have to stop him from hurting all these poor inocent people."
Having no expresion on my face I answered "what....want...me...no" I said not even answering her in complete sentences anymore.
"Think about it Sherman your dad is obviously going through something right now or he wouldnt be attacking the city. Your the only one that can stop him. Yes you Sherman. Your the only one that can get through to him and help him understand what hes doing is wrong and he has to put a stop to this. Your his son and he will listen to you. police are fighting fire with fire. When you could fight fire with love and under standing. Do you get what i mean"? she asked
I thought about it. What she said was true. Im the only one that can get through to my dad and stop him. I always wanted to be a hero and now was my chance to be
