The Unsolved Murder
I was walking home with my friend Moby after school. We were talking about how much homework we had.
Moby said” I don’t understand why Mr. Tim gives out some homework”, “Am I right George” he asked. I nodded my head to agree. Then, I heard a siren coming from my house, I sprinted to go see what is going on. I was very worried about my parents since they stayed home today since it was their anniversary. When I got to my house I saw that there was a bunch of cop cars and other people that lived in our neighborhood. Then, I saw the worst thing in the world I saw two people being rolled out of the house. Their heads are covered up in white sheets. I feared for the worst. I walked up too the police officer that looked like he is in charge since he was yelling at a bunch of people. I went up to him and I asked him what happen. He said that someone's came in the house around 12 and murdered them. I started to cry, then I told them that I was their son and that I just got home from school. I asked if there was a motive for any to want to kill my

They told me to come in to the police station. I asked my grandma to take me and she said yes. When I get there, they bring me to a room that has a bunch of bags on the table. They said that this is all evidence that they found around where my parents were killed. They showed me a bunch of things that I did not recognize. Then they showed me the last thing they found in the house. It was a Lake Park high school ring from 1984. Then something hit me. My uncle has a ring that he wears from his years in high school. This all makes sense now. The pieces of the puzzle are all coming together now. I told the cops who I thought was the killer, and then I should him all of the evidence that my grandma told me and the stuff I looked up. They shook it off because that was highly unlikely that someone own brother would want to kill

A lot of people want to blame the parents of the offenders, asking “what did you turn your child into?” 36% of serial killers were physically abused, 26% were sexually abused, and 50% were psychologically abused (Mitchell and Aamodt 45). Many people have logically come to the conclusion that just because someone is abused, it does not mean that they will become a serial killer; or even a murderer; which is true. In the general population (people who have never committed murder) only 6% are physically abused, 3% are sexually abused, and 2% are psychologically abused (Mitchell and Aamodt 45). The dramatic difference of abuse frequency between people who are serial killers and people who are not seems evident enough to support that serial killers are created.…

When I heard another loud noise, a short time later I decided to go back downstairs to see for myself what it could be. When I went downstairs, I noticed my Uncle Mike standing up looking through the window of the backdoor. He was staying with us that evening and was asleep on the couch when he heard the noise too. We sat there for several minutes staring out the windows,…

An Autumn Homicide Riding my bike to a friend’s house on a late fall day in October just before the clocks are set to fall back, a day that I remember so vividly. The transition of shorter days and longer nights where the leaves are changing to a reddish brown color just before falling with the sight of dusk upon us. It was on this day that my life almost ceased to no longer exist. On this day, my friend and I decided after school we would ride our bikes to her house to play video games just before choir rehearsal.…

Where criminal homicide is concerned, it can further be broken down into murder, manslaughter, and negligent homicide. Each subset of criminal homicide has several elements and characteristics that distinguish one from another.…

The stench was overwhelming, foul meat, maybe, but Joey didn 't give a damn, he 'd been staking out a nightclub and searching for the weapon responsible for the murder of a stripper. Undercover cops were used to diving in dumpsters, he wiped the spoiled food off the butcher’s knife and bagged it, just another day on the job for the stocky built Irishman, a fireplug, with a relentless pursuit of bad guys. His back-up pulled in the alleyway, with the disposition of a talk show host, before his morning coffee. He barked at Joey about some stupid shit, handed him a cup of brew, and sped down 4th Street, they were on their way to the rear entrance of the police station. "Park here Tony, the morning crew isn 't in yet.…
