Sometimes my parents are really over protective and other times get really nosey. When I would walk in my room or go somewhere in my house, my parents get all worried and start looking to see where I am. This is similar to what happens in the book The Watsons Go to Birmingham 1963 by Christopher Paul Curtis. This essay will be about the similarities and differences with the two siblings, Byron and Kenny Watson in the book The Watsons Go to Birmingham 1963 by Christopher Paul Curtis.
Both Byron and Kenny have similarities that appear in Flint. Byron is sneaky. He bought cookies from the grocery store without asking and got away with it. He also got a hair dew and almost got away with it. Kenny is also sneaky. He took out his dinosaurs without asking and started to play with them. Byron is both witty and comical. He makes up jokes from the top of his head and they turn out to be funny. Kenny is also witty and comical. He believes the lies Byron tells him and Joetta. Also he makes up jokes in his head and laughs to himself and even sometimes he says them out loud and some people laugh and some people don’t. Byron annoys Kenny a lot. Byron is Disrespectful; He never listens to his parents and does whatever he wants to. Kenny is very respectful; he does what he is told most of the time but not always. He does not do the disrespectful things Byron does. Byron is a bully. He bullies Kenny. He bullies the kids at school but hardly ever, he mostly picks on Kenny. Kenny is very friendly. He does things for his friends and his siblings and his parents. He made friends with Rufus when he was new to the class. Byron is strong. He hits Kenny really hard. He pulled Kenny out and saved him from the Wool Pooh. Kenny is weak. He is not strong enough to take on the Wool
