- Page 10 described glucose homeostasis and what happens inside the body which ultimately results in type 2 diabetes.

- I shared my cookbook with my family. In my cookbook review, I provided reviews from my sister, brother-in-law, brother, and my dad. I also included images of the two food items I made from the cookbook, and images of others eating the food and making them as well.
- I included images of each food item to display how each recipe should turn out.
- Cartoons that are relevant to the diabetes topic were included to interest the children since this cookbook is designed to be kid-friendly.
- I used color when it was needed, effectively used the space on each page, and I organized all of the information to ensure that it is easy to read.
