As we start to build credibility, we will realize that we have the ability to influence things around us a bit more. If we want to become a great leader, we will need to use our influence and power to help others. Ultimately, this builds on the credibility we have already accepted and will put ours in situations in which opportunity to become even more credible. I think when we have a great idea and we are looking for a way to build credibility and emotional connection, we need to earn people’s trust and confidence.
