The participants were rated based on their performance in physical activity during a 7-day period for vigorous, moderate, and walking exercises. Another questionnaire regulated each stage of change. Other self-assessed questionnaires were given to get an idea of the level of self-efficacy. Once all completed, they were then able to be place into stages of contemplation, preparation, and action. Participants were educated and demonstrated the different activities they were going to perform. The duration of the activity was approximate 60 minutes long and participants were to perform step-by-step the activities assigned. Questionnaires were completed a second time by the experimental and control
