California, that designs, develops and sells consumer electronics, computer software and online

services. Apple was founded by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne on April 1, 1976,

to develop and sell personal computers. It was incorporated as Apple computers Inc. on January

3, 1977, to reflect its shifted focus forward consumer electronics. Apple's organizational

structure and workplace practices not only allow employees for increasing creative and

innovative ideas to emerge, but are also undoubtedly positive for employee well-being. Now, it

In the technology sector, Steve Jobs is one of the most celebrated leaders. He was the most

passionate leader one could hope for, a motivating force without parallel. His leadership, defined

by his personality traits, could be over served and evaluated from the perspective of several

models and theories. (Kutsar Vadim, 2014). Steve Jobs was a charismatic entrepreneur whose

business success held worldwide interest his career path was highly visible and highly unique.

His leadership was emerged with innovation, transformation and reflection. Jobs reconnect

Apple to its true purpose-innovation-to transform its organization at image. Transformation of

Apple from a computer company to a mobile device company provide apple success to apple.

Apple introduce the iPad in January 2010 and Announced apple as a mobile devices company.

This shift in strategy and rid fining of company's mission was a dramatic transformation for a

company that had launched the personal and home computer industry. Apple transferred the way

that music was purchased, stored and listened to through the development of iTunes and the

innovation and creativity are its bases of being successful. Today Apple Inc.'s organizational

structure and workplace practices are creative and innovative. Also employees' satisfaction and

employee's wellbeing are the major concern of Apple Inc. through sound organization culture,

leadership and motivation.
