Agenda:
1) To become the top ITES consultancy in the Pune’s market.
2) In the coming two quarters to make the Pune centre full functional and profitable.

The below mentioned plan and policy will be adhered in Pune centre from now onwards-

1) Recruitment Practices

A) The entire Pune team will start working on target basis and will generate maximum revenue for the organization.
B) Recruiters will maintain the calling sheet with confidentiality. Before leaving the organization, the recruiter should handover the calling sheet to the Team Leader or the concern authority.
C) Recruitment practices will be fair and as per the clientele’s requirements.
D) Recruiters will be responsible for following up with their candidates, making them join and

G) The lineup is subjected to the prior approval of the Team Leader. In case of disapproval, the Recruiters’ will be responsible for fresh lineup.
H) The Recruiter’s will be responsible for making two quality lineups on a daily basis.
I) Monthly Joiners’ details should be shared on the last day of the Month with the team leader and higher authority. Failing to share the details a recruiter will not be applicable for that Month’s incentive.

2) Pune Team
A) One dedicated person will continue to hire recruiters on a daily basis for Pune and Kolkata centre and will develop a pool of recruiters.
B) Three team members from Kolkata and two from Pune will only work on Pune’s requirement. They won’t be deployed to any other team. In case of attrition / deployment a suitable replacement will take place.

3) Drive
A) Every drive will be treated with utmost importance. The entire team will ensure that the drive shouldn’t goes in vein.
B) Every Recruiter will be responsible for making minimum two footfalls in every drive.
C) Drive plan will be shared with the team by every Saturday and the team will work as per the drive

B) The following situation will put a recruiter in the PIP-
Failing to make 5 joiners after completing 3 months and failing to provide one selects in three consecutive drives-

C) Minimum Target of 4 Voice Joiners will be given in PIP duration and if not achieved, the Individual will be asked to leave the team and will not be entitled for any dues except basic salary during the PIP Duration (15 Days).
6) Incentive Plan
A) There will be a two structure performance based incentive plan - Monthly and quarterly. The incentive structure will be the best in the market and a recruiter need to earn it.
B) By 10th of every month the incentive plan will be shared to the team and it will continue to change depending upon the requirements.
C) The monthly incentive will be given alongside the salary. To become eligible for the monthly incentive a recruiter need to meet the incentive criteria (Will be written in the Incentive Plan)
D) The quarterly incentive will be paid only after 90 days. To become eligible for it, a Recruiter should retain minimum 6 joiners’ or if the billing value exceeds minimum 80K (Whichever is
