Thanks for the reply, so basically we will need to establish the process for the following:

1. CV Pre-screening
2. Online testing instruction
3. Walk – In Applicants
4. After-meeting feedback
5. Job offer verification
I will be drafting the process and will have inputs from Quality Specialist’s. After that, I will be sending it to you for your feedback and finally we will be needing at least one from the recruitment team (may be Jill) to take a look at the process before we finalize it.

We will be having the draft by tomorrow and latest on Friday and then I will report to UBP to discuss your team’s input.
