Everyday a child is bullied without letting any of their love ones know. It’d be better to speak up and take action for the ones being bullied. If we didn’t take any action to this, then young people or even someone you knew could be bullied. Speak up now and let your voice be heard; take action to this horrible crime.
Violations
One violation of basic human rights in all of the stories that came through in this article was in Article 2 of the Declaration of Human Rights it states that, “Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status.”. Which in most cases was most of the reasoning to a person being bullied. Most of the cases in this documentary, most children were being bullied and were having some sort of punishment for the way they looked or acted. As Article 5 states, “No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.”
People at Fault
The people most at fault in this documentary were the bullies who were beating and verbally abusing these children. Which upsets me because these bullies were cruel enough to convince two kids in the documentary to commit suicide and one girl to grab her mother’s gun to try and “scare them off” which isn’t the right thing to do. You’d think somewhere along the lines of asking an adult to help you…
