Education is the most important aspect for employers because a person’s education determines if they are fit for the job or not. CRNAs have to have a higher education or higher degree compared to pediatric nurses. CRNAs have to obtain their four year BSN degree or Bachelor Science of Nursing degree which makes them a Registered nurse. After they obtain their BSN degree, they will have to go on another two years to obtain their MSN or Masters of Science in nursing and specialize in Nurse Anesthetist. Nurses are the backbone in the medical field because without nurses to help care and provide for patients there really would not be a medical field. Nurses have the hardest job in the medical field because they are the people that care and assist patients with any of their needs.
