1. According to The Seven Habits of Highly Effective people the first paradigm of human interaction is Win/Win. The Win/Win paradigm of human interaction is a frame of mind that constantly seeks mutual benefits in all human interactions. According to Stephen Covey’s Book the second paradigm of human Interaction is Win/Lose. The Win/Lose is these people are prone to use position, power, credential possessive, or personality to get their ways. According to Covey’s book the third paradigm of human interaction is Lose/Win. The Lose/Win is it has no standards, no demands, no expectation, no vision. People who think Lose/Win are usually quick to please or appease. According to Lose/Lose the fourth paradigm of human interaction is when two Win/Lose people get together that is when two determined, stubborn, ego-invested individuals interacted the results will lose/Lose. According to Stephen Covey’s book Seven Habits of Highly Effective People the fifth paradigm of human interaction is Win. Win is People with the win mentality don’t necessary went someone else to lose what matters is that they get what they want. According to the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People the sixth paradigm of human interaction is Win Win or no deal.
