The number of senior citizens of Canada has increased remarkably due to the baby boom. By 2036 it is estimated that the senior citizens will double population wise and will embody about 23 - 25% of the world’s population. Since the baby boomers are now turning into elderly people there needs to be more people to take over the jobs that the baby boomers have left. So a young person will not be able to run the business as well as an older person in that industry will be able to.
