Nike is Multinational Corporation, based in America, which was created by Phil Knight and Bill Bowerman in 1964. It is the most popular, successful and recognisable athletic footwear brand in the world. They design and retail footwear, sport equipment and apparel. In 2015 Nike brand was valued at $24 billion. Today Nike includes five separate brands (Nike Brand, Converse Inc., Hurley International, Jordan, and Nike Golf).
This report will discuss Nikes strategic management in different business levels, which helps this company continuously grow and be a leader in this industry.
