Our company has been hired to consult CanGo in advising the management team as to the appropriate course of actions needed to address various challenges they face (Devry University). With our team observing the last two weeks of CanGo we have observed a few issues that could affect the future of CanGo if not addressed and corrected right away. CanGo might be successful right now by luck, but the issues they have had in the past could have been prevented if they would have addressed these issues from the beginning. Below, we have identified six issues along with recommendations that address these six issues which we have identified within the last two weeks.
Issue Week 1: Lack of Planning and Organizing

In the gaming world, the key is being creative and producing the next big software to stay ahead in the market. In this type of business, consumers lose interest fast due to the advanced technology, this can be seen in how games are realistic on screen. The thought process for the owner is to focus on the creative innovation of the technology, which overlooks the business design plan that is the key to success (Devry University). Through our observation, in the meetings, there is no direction, but ideas that are being tossed in general. The mission and vision of the company are not constantly being echoed to impact the employees to produce excellence.
