The N8tive Zone is the way the human body 's metabolism is originally designed to be fueled. In the words of Leonardo da Vinci, “Medicine is the restoration of discordant elements; sickness is the discord of the elements infused into the living body” (search).These two metabolic pathways control how the human body’s energy sources are used. Once in the N8tive Zone, the body will increase performance mostly due to controlled clean nutrients, balancing of hormones, and improved cell signaling. Insulin is an extremely powerful hormone blocking the human growth hormone (HGH) and glucagon from being present. HGH is the body 's most anabolic hormone with the main role of growing cells by storing excess calories, this also helps remove sugar from the blood.
