Many dieting fads that are currently coming out on ways to cut certain foods or take a certain pill to lose large amount of weight in a short amount of time which is what we are all hoping for. We see the ads “Get Your Beach Bod in Under 6 Weeks” which excites some to jump into buying some sort of exotic fruit extract that will have you running to the bathroom 8 times a day. But, you will do whatever you can to lose the pounds that have been weighing you down for years.
The Keto Diet is the new fad that is taking social media outlets by storm. For those that do not know what the Keto Diet is, here is a quick rundown of the diet. The Keto Diet is a low carbohydrate, high fat diet that focuses on healthier fats such as the fat from olive oil
