The Jews used many types of armed ways to resist against the Nazis. An example of this is the armed ghetto uprisings. Evidence: “In April-May 1943, Jews in the Warsaw ghetto rose in an armed revolt after rumors that the Germans would deport the remaining ghetto inhabitants to the Treblinka killing center” (Jewish Resistance, Paragraph 2). The Jewish people would have secret religious ceremonies in the ghettos although they were banned. “The Germans forbade religious services in most ghettos, so many Jews prayed and held ceremonies in secret – in cellars, attics, and back rooms- as others stood guard” (Spiritual Resistance in the Ghettos, Paragraph 6).
