Nothing is accomplished towards a vision of a final goal in life when others are telling you how to live it. By becoming influenced by others mechanical nudges we are living life as a puppet and will never truly live. A study was done by a palliative nurse examining the top five regrets on the soon to be dead. The foremost regret was because of the decisions they didn’t make(“Nurse Reveals Top 5…,” 2016). Most of these choices and dreams that were not pursued was by the pressure from outside society and others to follow the social normalities. Pursuing your own path to live your legacy is much more important than living by other people's visions. In order to live life to the fullest and by your own regards, making decisions for yourself is vital.
