Gender Gender equality is an always important and unavoidable factor in every workplace. Success of a project depends on the cooperation of the employees (both male and female) and their dedication to the project. “Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Act) states that promote and improve gender equality (including equal remuneration between women and men) in employment and in the workplace” [1]. 1
