as most business interaction is governed by contract at least inquire must do its best to ensure that the contract it is involved in are not hindered in any way, are easily achievable and are fulfilled to the highest degree. in acting as a moral agent, ethics inquirer can help its stakeholders and facilitate their ability to meet the contractual responsibilities they have with the company. the company must also demonstrate good faith in adhering and aligning itself with contractual responsibilities.
Employee empowerment
Employee empowerment is defined as a process when an employee is given an authority to analyse situation autonomously and take appropriate decisions. Employee empowerment is based on two aspects Job enlargement and Job enrichment. Ethic Inquirer can provide training to the employees who have taken up Job enlargement and Job enrichment as job enlargement involves doing different duties whereas job enlargement involves in-depth knowledge of the particular job as it has greater responsibility.
