Celebration of Feminism in Religion
Feminism and religion are often considered to be two contrasting themes, but they complement each other on the grounds of the life and words of some great religious. Feminism impacted the world by standing up for the oppressed, fighting against the oppressed, improving lives by promoting women education; all of these acts rooted from compassion, a common thread shared by all major religions in the world. Although the history of marginalization of women in religion hinder complimentary effect of feminism over religion; in order to better appreciate the growth of humanity, it is important to explore this celebration of feminism in religion.
