Kennedy) once said,“Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity.” When she was in 6th grade her aunt had worked at Schultz Chiropractic Center. She would always watch how she treats her patients and she was so amazed by the great massage that she was giving to her patients. The career of a physical therapist is a laborious and a big responsibility because the new patients and fixing their strength back. The research will describe the career of a physical therapy, what is required to become successful and the impact this career has on society.

There are approximately 185,500 people employed for physical therapist. The current employment trends in physical therapy have accrued over the years. It has expanded 34 percent and to have growth in the Baby Boomer age. The demand is increasing technology in medicine for those patients and new born to survive. Most physical therapist bundle in a citified town for their license. A physical therapist find a location where there is more elderly to care. Mostly physical therapist helps to go the hospital or nursing office. A physical therapist works innumerable location. Most of physical therapist performs in hospitals and 80 percent is in other areas. They work in rehabilitation, which help to improve a patient 's ability for themselves and this area is approximately 3 hours. The second areas are care facility and nursing home. The purpose in this area is to take care of the elderly for a long period of time. The third area that physical therapist works at is the school. Physical therapist helps special needs children in elementary, middle and high school. The fourth area is Fitness. The fitness area helps with preventing illness and to treat diseases. The fifth area is the hospice. In this area they help with superintend pain and irremediable disease. The sixth area is federal government ,which is a huge responsibility. The federal government provides military and noncombatant labor force. They are also a federal bureau, such as VHA, DOD, and IHS. The research center is another area that physical therapist works in.
