J-Pop Melodies Full of Tapping Chaos
Arriving as chibi singers on the Nintendo 3DS, the virtual songstress Hatsune Miku and her “vocaloid” friends are performing in a music theatrical video game called Hatsune Miku: Project Mirai DX; this creative project contains 48 memorable songs in Japanese, alternative game modes, and other neat artistic features. Besides being an adorable attraction, this rhythm game happens to be both a sequel to Hatsune Miku and the Future Stars: Project Mirai and a spinoff of Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA. In other words, the noisy brigade is going to be a handheld sensation for North American and European audiences.

Secondly, another mini-game called “PuyoPuyo39” can be accessed, which turns out to be another form of Tetris, as it is a falling-block, tile-matching game or “puyos” for this instance. For other neat features, future owners will get an alarm clock, a photo album for any photos taken during the songs, and a customized profile. Additionally, other miscellaneous surprises exist too, such as GUMI who will visit and drop a gift or some advice at random times. For a secondary example, bargain deals may occur, causing some items to have discounts. Apart from those activities, folks can also just jam to the music. However, finding these options can get confusing as the menu layout is very bright and colorful, full of various icons and symbols that some icons can be easily missed at a glance.

VERDICT

To summarize my jamming performance, Hatsune Miku: Project Mirai DX is genuinely aimed for younger audiences who appreciate Japanese soundtracks, adorable graphics and simplistic controls. However, the musical masterpiece still faces some minor flaws, which includes having limited interactions with the singing crew and a confusing menu layout. Still, the well-polished product may not be a revolutionary title, but it’s a worthy keepsake to checkout, as it is highly satisfying to complete without unnecessary frustrations. Highly-anticipated fans can grab this wonderful masterpiece for

Varying from the macabre styles of the Dark Souls series and Bioshock to the happy, colorful style of Viva Piñata, the graphics play a significant role in how a game is perceived by the audience who plays it. If these graphics do not meet the general tone or mood of a game, the game itself becomes contradictory and can confuse the audience. If, for instance, a serious, gore-filled game were to be filled with rainbows, pretty unicorns, and frilly dresses, the plot may not be perceived how it was meant to be. Additionally, each game and development studio can have its own unique visual approach to how the game is presented; this parallels the thought needed for any other art form. To use an example, the Treyarch and Infinity Ward game development companies each have different styles like how Da Vinci 's style would be different than that of Van Gogh.…

Although Disney movies are loved and watched by many children, the negative effects outweigh the positive effects, by exposing innocent, adolescent minds to things they are not mentally ready to comprehend like violence, deceit, betrayal, revenge, sorcery, and sexual references. There are many other alternatives to watching these movies. A child can benefit more from a movie that teaches them morals and values, instead of a movie that teaches them to seek out their own desires, regardless of the consequences, like many of the Disney characters do. Instead, a child can indulge in a good book, play a board game, or spend time outside playing. Hopefully, parents will start paying closer attention to the story line of these movies and make better decisions regarding what they allow their child to be exposed to.…

Despite this, Disney’s rendition is still successful in telling the story. The difference if anything make the story slightly more rewarding, since it shows more amiable characters, and does not interfere with the basic plot. The words of Walt Disney himself, embody the true value behind the studio’s positive renditions, “You can design and create, and build the most wonderful place in the world. But it takes people to make the dream a…

Both marketing advertisements can be recreated to eliminate those stereotypical boundaries. The Hyundai advertising commercial could have used both a male and a female driver, and instead of being distracted by attractive people, they could use a less inappropriate distraction. Create a distraction that is understandable, like a child in the back seat coughing. This way the advertisement wouldn’t be sexist by using both a female and male driver. Also, create a distraction that is important, not saying that paying attention to the road while driving isn’t important, but paying attention to your child that is coughing repeatedly deserves some attention.…

Aaron Copland illustrates the difference between songs and music in his essay, “How We Listen.” There are certain songs and music that will mean the same thing every time someone listens to the songs or music, which will eventually become “dull music”; however, there are also other songs and music whose “meaning is slightly different with each hearing, [which will have] a greater chance of remaining alive” (Copland 2). Songs that become dull with each hearing are often the ones that are overplayed on the radio; they also have repetitive and generic elements. Essentially, the dull songs “always say the same thing” or are similar to the songs sung by previous artists. (Copland 2). To illustrate, the song, “Baby” by Justin Bieber is one such song…
