Morgan Spurlock was a fit man in his late thirties early forties he was the daring competitor to take on the McDonalds' binge challenge and it had a big effect on him I was so surprised how much weight he gained in thirty days, he gained almost 25 pounds which is crazy to think about in such a short time interval. McDonalds is a menace to your health it's so addicting it can ruin your mental, physical, and emotional health. Morgan took the daring dive to show what it can really do and the documentary shows that in tenfold it's a real eye opener to our modern day eating habits and the vast empire of the fast food nation. It is your responsibility to take care of yourself and staying healthy and fit has a lot to do with responsibility, do what is right for your body don't be forced into exercise do it because you feel it's the right thing to do for your body. Advertisements play a key role in the widespread food chain industry. To me the most memorable part of the documentary was when Morgan started to really feel the side effects of eating and wanting fast-food, addictiveness of it and is feelings it caused such as sadness, unenergetic, felt sick but when eating McDonalds felt better and instantly more happy, and also his final weigh in and the great amount of weight that was put on in such a short amount of time really surprised me and I now know the true effect of fast food on the human body and I don't think the world should be revolving around it any longer.
