Looking into my daughter 's radiant almost emerald grassy green eyes with lashes so long, like the mississippi river and so curvaceous they stared deep into my eyes. It felt as if her eyes were telling me thousands of words from the one stare she gave me; all she could tell me is that she loved me dearly, it made my heart shatter into millions of pieces. In the corner of my eye, I saw a beautiful women with the exact eyes as my daughter’s, her eyes were locked toward my direction, as I turned my head with Avery in my arms I came to realize it was my wife, Aspen. Avery’s face lightened up so fast when she got a glance of her mother, I swung Avery because I enjoyed hearing the sweet laugh of hers as her beautiful british accent called for more, as it filled my ears with joy. “Honey, it’s almost time for me to go. I’m sorry my loves” Avery came by my legs, and I kneeled to be able to look into the eyes of one of the girls I love the most. Avery came close to me and rubbed my cheek speaking quietly. “Daddy, do not forget that I love you and I will never forget you. Mommy and I will be waiting for you to come home. You are mommy’s and my hero.
