This behavior explains that discussing all the good and bad aspects.when you are capable of doing such behavior you feel yourself as genuine and athentaic.not only you feel yourself but also the other people.its based on the principles such as courage,responsiblilty,awerness and respect. when you are saying or we can say that sharing the hard things infront of all you are showing courage,and by telling them giving awerness same as responsibility.As Collins quotes stockdale saying in his book “Good to Great”

There are two aspect to developing this trust. The first is to hold ourselves accountable; the second is to hold others accountable. When leaders don't hold people working under them accountable for their actions, it creates a sense of injustice inequity, and insecurity. An environment of accountability must be created and expectations clarified within the workplace to avoid this.
