An interesting research article Sugar-Sweetened Beverages: Children’s Perceptions, Factors of Influence, and Suggestions for Reducing Intake, Danielle S. Battram et al, use numerous focus groups to look at many things. One such factor of relevance pertains to the children’s views as to what might help going forward when it comes to helping regulate consumption rates of unhealthy foods, which can be driven by the advertising industry. “Children suggested a wide array of policy-level strategies to reduce Sugar consumption in children at both government and school levels”.
