In 2009, Stephen was nominated for a BAFTA, a Cesar and Oscar for the hats that he created for the film CocoAvant Chanel for Audrey Tautou. He also did some work for Sex in the City2. In May 2009, Mr. Jones staged a significant exhibition at the Victoria& Albert Museum in London, he titled it Hats: An Anthology by Stephen Jones, the exhibition had over 100,000 visitors. Stephen also had a solo exhibition, which was called Stephen Jones, at Mode Museum in September 2010, in Antwerp. In February 2010, Mr. Jones was recognized for his achievements, when he was made a Royal Designer by The Faculty of Royal Designers for Industry, awarded an Order of the British Empire by Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II. Today, Stephen Jones boutique, studio and ateliers are all located in Georgian townhouse close to the site of this very first millinery salon. Also, his Model Millinery collection are widely-distributed Miss Jones and Jonesboy diffusion
