The name of my company is Sky Fighters Inc., we offer smaller, sleeker, more efficient non-manned flight fighters. Our mission and vision is to be the number one company to produce flight fighters like no other and that is greatly sought out by consumers that are looking for fighters with the utmost accuracy.
Our staff consists of CEO, CFO, Head of Productions, Governmental Contract Manager, Accounting and Costs Manager and Administrative Assistants. A staffing trend analysis is a critical aspect of developing a workforce planning strategy to meet the objectives of a company. Analyzing staff trends helps the business owner to identify issues affecting employee turnover, their impact on the company, the qualifications and experience of staff attracted to the firm, and measures required to ensure that the company’s future staffing needs are met. (Sandilands, 2018)

The target clientele for Sky Fighters Inc is the government. Our competitor VectorCal’s target customer is the government and since our product is similar it makes sense to target the same clientele. VectorCal uses the method of comparison of proposed prices received in response to the solicitation. This method can result in bidding because VectorCal is basing their bid on the bidding of other companies. These other companies bidding may have missed calculated or are not experienced in this particular field. By relying on other companies to forecast their bids VectorCal places themselves at a disadvantage in the bidding processes. Sky Fighters Inc. uses the method of comparison with market data to determine our bidding price.
