The perspective changes will align below from the least to the most expensive cost measures.

Our company is not on that level, but I feel that we could do more. I understand that benefits are one of the most costly elements in a company, but overall it is needed for the satisfaction of employees. It shows that we care about them, as well we should. We also need to see if we could find some reasonable vision coverage as well. Over 40% of our employees have glasses or contacts and we do not cover these in our current plan. The employees would be pleased with all these

A simple ten minute survey cannot analyze the depth and complexity of a single organization. Utilizing a small sample is more of a subjective approach, based on what the company wants. I say this because most companies are looking for specific information before proceeding with any form of change. The suggestions that could possibly come from the consultant will be limited and cannot form any new amount of change.…

According to the trait theory, effective leadership should have some key traits. Generic traits of the leaders might be similar, for example, Carp and Perez have some common traits such as job-relevant knowledge (Kirkpatrick and Locke, 1991). However, it cannot be easily concluded that traits alone are sufficient for effective leadership or the absence of some of these traits make them any less leader, because trait theory ignore the interaction between leaders and their followers as well as other situational factors (Robbins and Coulter, 2002).…
