• Try to make everyone in the team understand the importance of themselves and their job, related to achieving the goal of the project. They started considering themselves as key person of the team and started taking responsibility for their areas. This reduced workforce drop rate by 60%.
• Always expressed confidence in team members to take decisions instead of providing readymade solutions, encourage them to have healthy discussion with in the group. Which not only boosted the courage but also strengthen the team by enhancing their convincing power as a result strengthen liaison with government, Non-government organizations, beneficiaries at grass root level. Monitoring sample increased by 30% which indirectly improved the quality of activity. Listen to customers.
